Treasury yields come from the U.S. Department of the Treasury's daily par yield curve, updated each business day. The I-Bond composite rate is the official Treasury figure, which resets every May 1 and November 1. There is no clean, free national API for CD rates, so the CD and high-yield-savings figures are a curated national baseline we maintain on a cadence and date on each page — not a live scrape that could silently break. Always confirm a specific CD or savings rate with the issuer before acting.
